Temporary location for Fall 2022:
The IT Help Desk is located in PH 382. Take the stairwell or elevator on the far right as you enter Payne Hall to the third floor. PH 382 is about halfway down the right-hand hallway on the 3rd floor.
On the Utica Campus, the IT Help Desk is located in the Academic Building room 155. For over-the-phone IT assistance, call 315-731-5711. You can also email helpdesk@mvcc.edu.
On the Rome Campus, the IT Help Desk is located in the Plumley Complex in PC102L.
