The most common reason for an item to not print is sending the item to the incorrect printer. Due to a Windows 10 bug, the default printer is often set to "Adobe PDF" or "OneNote." Neither of these are the actual library printer. When you want to print something, in the printing menu, make sure the printer is set to PH Library Left for the left side of the library (side overlooking the parking lot), PH Library Right for the side of the library near the Reference Desk. The printer in the instruction lab is called PH 212.
If the printer is set correctly but your item still does not print, or if you need help changing the printer, ask at the Reference Desk. Please do not try to fix the printer or add paper to it yourself.
